Early this year, the FAA approved the SMS Manual for our Airport. the next step is to make a Hazard Reporting Form, as found in Appendix 5, available in the terminal with a drop box for submissions. 

Next will be the formation of a Safety Committee, to evaluate and make safety recommendations to the Director, provide risk assessment (as needed), Review major accidents or incidents, and bring forth new policies or procedures if needed.
