Restaurant Space Available

The Pueblo Memorial Airport has an AMAZING restaurant space ready for a new operator!  It includes over 2,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining space with a 1,400 square foot kitchen. Feel free to share this with anyone you know who may be a good fit.

We are interested in reviewing business proposals for the available restaurant space in the Pueblo Airport Terminal at 31201 Bryan Circle, Pueblo, CO 81001. Submit a simple proposal to Greg in Airport Administration at gpedroza@pueblo.us.

Proposals should include:

• A brief introduction and experience in food service.

• Sample menu and pricing.

• Anticipated number of employees.

• Anticipated days and hours of operations, including weekends.

• Whether your establishment would consider a liquor license.

• Outline of a marketing plan including social media and advertising.  Keep in mind that our restaurant patrons include Industrial Park employees, airline passengers, catering services for airport partners, small-aircraft pilots who fly from airport to airport for fun, and museum visitors. 

• Use of space, including theme or décor plans.

• Proposed rent.

• Proposals for improvements or alterations including needed restaurant equipment.  List if these improvements are off-sets for rent. 

• Timeline for starting operations.

• Anything else that would make your proposal stand out through the evaluation process. We would love to hear about an airport-specific locally branded dish that will attract small aircraft pilots to fly into our airport!

Proposals must be received before March 13, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated, and finalists will be contacted for an interview.
