MASTER PLAN COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Throughout the Master Plan, the project team engaged with a variety of airport stakeholders and interested members of the public to collect and address their input within the Plan. An Outreach and Communications Plan developed for the project guided the team's efforts to inform, educate, and engage the public and airport users. Public meetings were held at two milestones in the master planning process. Summaries and materials from those meetings follow. In addition, a project Study Committee was assembled to guide development of the plan. The Study Committee was comprised of Airport Advisory Committee members, airport tenants, stakeholders, and representatives from the City of Pueblo. The Study Committee met five times throughout the course of the Master Plan to review draft work products and provide feedback.

Pueblo Memorial Airport Master Plan Public Open House #2
October 13, 2021
The final public open house occurred on October 13, 2021. The in-person open-house style event was held at the Pueblo Memorial Airport terminal and included a short presentation followed by Q&A. There was also an opportunity to view the display boards to learn about the project, speak with the project team and ask questions one-on-one both before and after the presentation.
During this open house, the consultant team and Airport staff presented the 20-year conceptual development plan for PUB as well as the financial implementation plan that prioritizes projects and outlines funding sources.

Pueblo Memorial Airport Master Plan Public Open House #1
May 20, 2021
On May 20, 2021, the project team held a virtual public information open house. The meeting included a brief presentation that reviewed the Master Plan process and schedule, summarized the work completed to date, and presented the preferred alternatives. This was followed by a question-and-answer session where the consultant team and Airport staff provided information, answered questions, and received comments on the Master Plan and the preferred alternatives.
